SLATE OF NOMINEES

Having met the criteria set forth in the Nomination Process, the Nominating Committee herewith publishes the names of Nominees for the Board of Directors, 2010 election:

• Jack Mullinax

  Jack Mullinax has served on YOUR Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors for 15 years as a director, vice chairman and chairman. His work with the Credit Union began in 1992 when he served on the Supervisory Committee. Jack has also been employed with IBM for over 42 years.

  Jack looks forward to continued service on the board and representing the members of YOUR Federal Credit Union.

• Ron Powell

  Ron Powell has served on YOUR Federal Credit Union’s Board of Directors for eight years. He has also served on the Supervisory Committee and has been treasurer and chairman of the Asset Liability Committee. Ron has been employed with IBM and also held the first position of IBM Credit LLC.

  Ron would be honored to continue serving on the board and representing the members of YOUR Federal Credit Union.
